The Competition Council intervenes in Kingspan's acquisition of TreeTops
The Competition Council has approved Kingspan's acquisition of TreeTops. To obtain approval, Kingspan has committed to divest TreeTops' business in the sale of wood wool ceiling tiless. The Competition Council has simultaneously approved DEPO Holding, operated by a former co-owner of TreeTops, to acquire the divested activities.

Homeware manufacturer participated in a cartel
The homeware manufacturer Hübsch has participated in a cartel by coordinating prices with a competing undertaking. This has been decided by the Danish Competition Council. The case will be brought before the the Danish Maritime and Commercial High Court for a civil fine.
